Clinton Engineering is growing! We are currently seeking reliable and safety-oriented Construction Laborers for a variety of field projects across the Clinton, IA area.

• As a Construction Laborer, contribute to concrete forming, puddling, and finishing.
• Assist with epoxy flooring preparation and installation.
• Operate machinery as assigned, including skid steers, AWP/scissor lifts, rollers, excavators, and heavy trucks.
• Collaborate with a team to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
• Prior experience in steel erection, concrete work, or carpentry is highly preferred.
• Physical capability to regularly lift over 50 pounds, crouch, climb ladders, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Hours are Monday through Friday 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with the option for overtime.

The pay for this position starts at $20.00/hour, based on previous experience.
