Position: Construction Laborer (Concrete) - Clinton Engineering

Specializing in design-build, new construction, rehabilitation and renovation of commercial, industrial and municipal projects, CEC boasts a local, experienced workforce who self-perform in variety of trades from carpentry work to concrete paving, steel fabrication & erection, excavation and more.

Clinton Engineering is growing! We are currently seeking reliable and safety-oriented Construction Laborers for a variety of field and industrial projects across the Clinton, IA area.

As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in concrete forming, puddling, and finishing. Other disciplines performed include Epoxy Flooring preparation and installation. Depending on your work history, you can also expect to run machinery such as:
Skid steers, AWP/Scissors lifts, rollers, excavators, and heavy trucks. Whether you're in the field at Manufacturing Drive or working at Lyondell-Bassell, you will be working alongside a team to ensure that projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Requirements in this Position:

• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
• Prior experience in steel erection, concrete work, or carpentry is highly preferred

Depending on business need and where your skills are best utilized, your work hours could be Monday through Friday 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM OR Monday through Thursday (4-10's) from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Both schedules have the option for overtime.

The pay for this position starts $20.00/hour, based on previous experience.
