Construction Laborer; Steel Erection - Clinton Engineering

Clinton Engineering is growing! We are currently seeking reliable and safety-oriented Construction Laborers on our Steel Erection team for a variety of field and industrial projects across the Clinton, IA area.

As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in steel building erection, steel layout, steel fabrication and assembly, welding, and other physical tasks. Depending on your work history, you can also expect to run machinery such as:
Skid steers, AWP/Scissors lifts, rollers, excavators, and heavy trucks. Whether you're in the field at our sister company Linwood Mining & Minerals, or working at Lyondell-Bassell, you will be working alongside a team to ensure that projects are completed safely and efficiently.

  Enjoy working in a physically demanding role, including regularly lifting over 50 pounds, crouching, climbing ladders, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Prior experience working with steel erection a plus
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
• Prior experience in steel erection, concrete work, or carpentry is highly preferred

Depending on business need and where your skills are best utilized, your work hours could be Monday through Friday 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM or Monday through Thursday (4-10's) from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Both schedules have the option for overtime.

The pay range for this position is $20.00/hour up to $30.00/hour, based on previous experience.
