• Full time physician position at our North Health Plaza location
• 3 clinic rooms and a procedure room
• State of the Art Ultrasound Equipment on site!
• 2 Clinical support staff in clinic plus a receptionist
• Join 1 Family Physician providing surgical OB care and 2 OB nurse practitioners also support the patient community
• Family Medicine department includes 12 additional physicians

• Salary guarantee moves to production in year 3 (or sooner)
• 240 hours of Annual Time Off (ATO ) for 1.0 FTE
• $5,000 annual CME allowance
