Water Quality Field Representative

Title: Water Quality Field Representative

Location: Clinton, Iowa Territory

Rate: $22/hr.

Long-term temporary position approved through the year and could be extended. Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing (company car provided). 100% training will be provided.

This role involves working outside, going door-to-door to assist with data collection on lead service lines. You will work in a team of two during year‑round field work in all weather conditions. In addition, office work is required. The primary responsibilities include collecting, entering, tracking and maintaining confidential data, communicating with contractors and homeowners via written correspondence, phone calls and home visits, documenting all correspondence, accurately updating company records as information is received, and supporting the Lead Service Line Replacement Project Manager and project staff with various administrative duties related to lead service lines.

The position has a heavy emphasis on canvassing.

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and via email.
• Ability to record data accurately in both written and digital format.
• Ability to climb stairs and walk on uneven surfaces.
• Ability to work year‑round (will be working in all weather conditions).
• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
