Regional Water Reclamation Facility - Wastewater Operator Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Iowa DNR Grade I Wastewater Certification required within 18 months of hire.
- Iowa DNR Grade II Certification required within 24 months of hire.
- Experience in wastewater treatment, industrial operations, or mechanical/electrical maintenance preferred.
- Experience with SCADA systems, lab testing, or digester operations preferred.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly, stand, walk, bend, and climb ladders or stairs.
- Work in outdoor conditions including extreme weather.
- Ability to wear required PPE and respiratory protection when needed.
Salary:
Hourly salary rates between $26.71 and $39.92.
