From arranging transportation for appointments to serving as a liaison between doctors, individuals, and staff, your role is crucial in keeping our community healthy and supported.

QualificationsTo succeed in the role of Full Time Health Care Coordinator at Skyline Center, Inc., a set of essential skills and qualifications are required. You must possess a valid Driver's License and have access to an insured and privately owned vehicle for transportation needs. A High School Diploma or GED is necessary to ensure basic educational requirements are met. CPR/First Aid certification is a must-have to handle any medical emergencies that may arise during appointments or transportation.
Two years of Direct Care experience is preferred to showcase your familiarity with providing support and assistance to individuals. Proficiency in time management, organizational skills, and effective communication are vital for coordinating appointments and paperwork efficiently.
