Medical Assistant (MA) – Clinton North Health Plaza, Clinton, IA.

Full time.

Schedule:

40 hours per week, Day shift Monday-Friday. This role supports the operation of the clinical practice through administrative and clinical tasks.

• Assist physicians and other healthcare providers in delivering patient care through patient preparation, vital sign collection, documentation, and basic clinical procedures.
• Coordinate patient flow, maintain accurate medical records, and ensure a positive patient experience.
• Perform lab collection and lab testing. Backfill the office when available.

• Successfully completed an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• MA Certification/Registration preferred prior to hire and required within one year.
