• Accountable for overall operations of location (warehousing, logistics, inventory)
• Plan, direct, and manage multi‑shift distribution
• Oversee field activities, equipment scheduling, and maintenance
• Develop and implement opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, leverage of technology, and improved service within the distribution
• Lead and develop a high‑performing team to meet goals and work with a cross‑functional mindset
• Provide customer service for internal and external customers
• Ensure that a safe working environment is maintained at all times by enforcing company standards and following up on regular safety inspections

• 5+ years of relevant management experience in vocational agricultural or a combination of supervisory, education, and work experience
• Agricultural‑based degree desired
• Willingness to travel to include market areas in other states
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
