Your Role:
Process Operator – Farm Animal Manufacturing Operations

As a Process Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing team supporting Clinton’s Farm Animal manufacturing operations across Fermentation, Product Recovery, and Product Finishing areas. In this role, you’ll operate and maintain large-scale processing equipment, support the production of animal health products, and ensure operations are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

• Operate and monitor large‑scale manufacturing and processing equipment across fermentation, recovery, and finishing operations while troubleshooting process and equipment issues as they arise
• Follow all production documentation, batch records, SOPs, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with cGMP, ISO 9000, FDA, OSHA, and site safety standards
• Support manufacturing activities including equipment cleaning, tank turnaround, material handling, filter rebuilds, packaging, and general production operations
• Identify process improvement opportunities, support preventive maintenance activities, and communicate operational issues to leadership and cross‑functional teams
• Maintain a safe work environment by properly using PPE, following safety procedures, and supporting housekeeping and continuous improvement initiatives

• Education: High School Diploma / GED equivalent or 2‑year technical degree
• Required Experience: A minimum of 2 years of manufacturing, industrial, or production experience in a regulated or process‑driven environment; manufacturing, industrial, production, or hands‑on operational experience preferred; candidates with strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, and a demonstrated sense of ownership will also be considered
• Top 2 skills:
  Troubleshooting/problem‑solving ability and strong attention to detail

• Experience working in a cGMP, FDA‑regulated, or ISO 9000 manufacturing environment
• Experience operating large‑scale industrial processing or semi‑automated manufacturing equipment
• Familiarity with fermentation, material handling, blending, drying, filtration, packaging, or related manufacturing operations
• Fork truck experience and/or experience handling industrial raw materials and finished goods
• Experience supporting equipment cleaning, preventive maintenance, process monitoring, or continuous improvement activities

• Location: Clinton Manufacturing Site – Clinton, IN – Onsite Work Environment
• Shift: Position may support a 12‑hour rotating swing shift; days off may rotate every six weeks and days/nights may rotate every three months (approximately)

This position is a fixed duration employee with a one‑year contract, annually renewable for up to 4 years with a potential for a full‑time position, based on individual performance and business needs.
