ADM is seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader to drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives on the production floor in a plant-based setting. You will lead cross-functional teams and manage CI projects from concept to completion, focusing on safety, quality, cost, throughput, and profitability.
You will collect and analyze process data, build dashboards and KPIs, and standardize best practices through SOPs. Collaboration across Production, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain is essential.
