Manufacturing ​/ Production Technician, Manufacturing & Industrial Operations

Ability to perform manual labor and work inside a plant (i.e. heavy lifting, entry, working at heights, cleaning as instructed, etc.).

• Perform labor and helper functions as directed by management and plant personnel safely.
• Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods.
• Sign/Date, and completely fill out all required paperwork.
• Maintain good housekeeping using organizational skills and follow safety policies.
• Follow work instructions and safety policies.
• Execute assignments in an accurate, timely, and safe manner
• Perform any additional tasks given by Supervisor.

• High school or educational equivalent

• Work experience in an industrial and plant environment – preferred

• Possess valid driver’s license and have the ability to obtain a TWIC card
• 18 years or older and legally able to work in the US.
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
• Good communication, language, and reading skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to follow instructions given for daily tasks in a plant environment.
• Knowledge of proper PPE in differing tasks.

• This job primarily operates in a plant setting and must be able to work in varying temperatures, depending upon season
• Schedules may vary from week to week based on business demands in excess of 40 hours with or without notice.

• Frequently lift up to 55 lbs. and adjust body position to bend, stoop, stand, walk, turn, pivot and stand for long periods of time.
