Job Responsibilities & Services offered in the practice:

Provide Anesthesia for the following service lines, General, Ortho, GI, Urology, ENT, OB. No Head/Heart. General, GI, and Ortho make up majority of cases.

• Board Certified
  - REQUIRED
• Active IA CRNA License or Active Compact License
  - REQUIRED
• Must be experienced - HIGHLY PREFERRED wiling to review new graduates
• Clean Malpractice /Background History - No Settled/Pending/Dismissed Case -
