We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Behavioral Health unit. The role requires collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care in a dynamic nighttime setting.

• Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, policies, and procedures
• Document according to standards of care
• Develop, initiate, and execute a patient plan of care according to individualized needs
• Participate in department or unit performance improvement activities
• Provide clinical expertise and guidance to other units/departments
• Utilize critical thinking regarding patient safety and experience, escalating appropriately

• Minimum 1 year of RN experience in a behavioral health setting
• Current Wisconsin or multi‑state RN license
• CPR and BLS certification required
