Travel Registered Nurse, RN – Emergency Department

• Fill short- and long-term assignments throughout the health system
• Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple hospital locations and/or regions
• Assess, identify outcomes/solutions, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Act independently within license, scope of knowledge, and experience
• Retain accountability for delegation, choices, decisions, and outcomes
• Collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to quality and improvement practices and outcomes
• Take on new and additional responsibilities
• Manage competing priorities while embracing new ideas and cultural differences

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment
• Minimum of two (2) years of recent clinical experience for Emergency Department
• Required to have and maintain the credentials required per their specialty area (e.g., ACLS, TNCC)
• BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association
• Qualified and willing to float throughout the hospital and/or multiple hospital locations and/or regions

Demonstrates expertise in patient care assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation while maintaining accountability for clinical decisions. Holds valid RN licensure and relevant certifications, with a commitment to quality improvement and collaboration across multiple hospital settings.
