• Read and follow plan‑o‑grams to complete reset and remodel work; work knowledge of merchandising and retail terminology.
• Move and clean shelves, install new racks, display merchandise properly, attach tags, check date codes, process pack‑outs, restocks, and reorders.
• Partner with store personnel and co‑workers to maintain merchandising excellence and build effective relationships.
• Prepare, process, submit, and manage documentation related to reset and remodel work.
• Perform work safely by demonstrating awareness, using proper safety techniques, equipment, and alerting management to unsafe conditions.
• Understand and follow all Acosta policies and SOPs.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma/GED.
• At least 1‑year experience reading and using planograms; retail reset experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
• Comfortable using technology (smartphones, computers, fax, handheld devices).
• Core competencies:
  
  Quality commitment, detail oriented, customer service, communication skills, accurate web‑based application use.
• Willing and able to work in cold conditions for limited periods.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, decision‑making, and leadership skills.
• Must be 21+ years old to obtain travel credentials.

Travel is required, with overnight stays up to 75-100% of the time; occasional weekend work may be required.
