Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom and must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.

• Unload trucks
• Sort products in the backroom
• Stock products on shelves
• Ensure aisles are neat and area is clean
• Engage vendors and drivers with a positive attitude
• Greet customers and answer their questions

In addition to the hourly rate, there may be annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
