A large, well-established organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to support core accounting operations and month-end close activities. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys digging into the numbers, improving processes, and working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
What You’ll Do- Support month-end close, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Analyze balance sheet and income statement activity and resolve variances
- Assist with audits and special accounting projects
- Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA or CPA-track a plus)
- Experience with general ledger accounting and reconciliations
- Strong Excel skills and solid understanding of GAAP
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable taking ownership
