Master Scheduler

MASTER SCHEDULER

The company is seeking mid-level and senior Master Schedulers to provide SETA support in Hanover, MD.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Designs, develops, and maintains Integrated Master Schedules (IMS);

• Applies principles of project management developing large, complex schedules;

• Performs program schedule analysis to include:
  Metrics, Critical Path, Float, and schedule variances;
  Builds and maintains a program-level IMS which includes major milestones and deliverables from vendors and Government sources;

• Monitors vendor schedule performance to include weekly and monthly variances;

• Utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Project or Operations Management, or Business Administration (4 years of additional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree).

• Minimum years of experience in project scheduling such as project/operations management or logistics:

  • Mid-level:4 years of experience

  • Senior:8 years of experience

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Successful completion of an advanced Microsoft Project course.

• Familiarity with DoD Contracting environment, Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report, and Agile software development methodologies.

• Experience on large-scale development projects

SECURITY CLEARANCE

· Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance required
