Assist asphalt crew with loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment to job sites across PG County and Anne Arundel County;
Perform manual labor tasks including site preparation, cleanup, and support for paving operations;
Support paver, roller, and lute operators to ensure smooth workflow and quality asphalt placement;
Hand-grade and rake asphalt under supervision to help achieve proper grade and slope;
Follow project plans, instructions, and safety protocols at all times
