New hospital, fresh start. Be among the first to practice in a purpose-built microhospital using an innovative care model.
Manageable volume. Fewer than 10,000 visits expected in year one.
Flexible scheduling. Twelve 12-hour shifts/month.
Team-first culture. Work alongside a tight-knit, collaborative group.
Collaborate with nursing, advanced practice providers, and hospital leadershipAcademic connection. Maintain a direct affiliation with UF’s main Emergency Department in Gainesville.
Deliver high-quality emergency care to a broad range of patients.
Facilitate smooth transfers to higher-acuity care when needed.
