Community Health Physician Opportunity

A mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is seeking a Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join its collaborative, patient-centered care team. This organization provides comprehensive primary and behavioral health services to a diverse community, with a strong focus on equity, prevention, and long-term wellness.

• Provide full-scope outpatient primary care services in a team-based environment.
• Partner with clinical leadership to maintain high standards of quality and best practices.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives that drive measurable outcomes.

• MD or DO (licensed or eligible).
• 2+ years of experience in Family or Internal Medicine; pediatric experience a plus.
• Proficiency in EMR systems (3+ years preferred).
• Spanish-speaking candidates encouraged to apply.
