Love Never Fails Learning Center II in Clinton, MD is looking for a passionate and dedicated School-age Teacher to join our growing team! This is a wonderful opportunity to make a lasting impact on children's lives in a nurturing, supportive environment where every child is valued and celebrated.

• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities and lesson plans for school-age children
• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the program
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages social and emotional development
• Communicate regularly and effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress
• Support homework assistance and academic enrichment activities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating learning space
• Collaborate with fellow staff members to promote a cohesive team approach to childcare

• Prior experience working with school-age children in a childcare or educational setting
• Maryland State Department of Education requires early childhood education courses, AA degree in early childhood education is preferred
• Strong classroom management and behavior guidance skills
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Warm, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor with a genuine love for working with children
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Must pass a background check in accordance with Maryland childcare regulations
