The Microelectronics, Design, and Applications (MDA) organization is seeking a Staff Factory Change Management Lead Engineer to join our team and pioneer new approaches, design and implement technologies for a computer integrated manufacturing system. You’ll work in a fast-paced team environment alongside physicists, design engineers, and superconducting foundry engineers to make these technologies a reality.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create procedures and best practices for implementing controlled changes for various components within a new Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) system. Components include but are not limited to Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), Document Control, product specification limit management, operating procedure and certification management

• Implement and lead a standardized change control board to communicate and validate planned changes with varying groups of stakeholders

• Lead projects aimed at optimizing and standardizing factory system setup procedures, change implementation and training plans

• Create and maintain schedule for implementing various QMS components

• Work collaboratively with other engineering teams to understand the needs for change control

This position will serve on-site in Linthicum/ Annapolis Junction, MD.

Basic Qualifications for Staff Factory Change Management Lead Engineer:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) with 12+ years of relevant experience;
  Masters Degree in STEM with 10+ years of experience; PHD in STEM with 7+ years of experience

• Able to support execution of Statement of Work (SOW) components with vendors

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills…
