- Conduct thorough inspections of electrical components and systems to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to identify and resolve quality issues early in the product development lifecycle.
- Document inspection results, maintain quality records, and prepare reports.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action planning for non‑conformances and product defects.
- Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices pertaining to electrical quality assurance.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical quality assurance or related roles in the DoD industry.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and components, including their design and performance requirements.
- Proficiency in quality assurance methodologies, tools, and techniques such as ISO
9001 and AS9100 standards. - Familiarity with electrical testing equipment for inspection and validation purposes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non‑technical personnel.
- Detail‑oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Salary Range: $24.04–$34.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
