ASAP. Pay Rate: $ - $. Join a Maryland hospital as their next Interim Director of Women’s Services.

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the department(s).
• Lead approximately 85+ FTEs across three units:
  Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Special Care Nursery.
• Focus on departmental initiatives: patient experience/satisfaction scores, mentorship, employee engagement, compliance/quality assurance, and staffing.
• Foster a positive work environment with strong communication, collaboration, and engagement.
• Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Active Maryland (MD) RN license is required.

• Compensation Range: $165,000 to $175,000 annually.
• Final compensation will be based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the role, including health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
• Listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
