Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive FBAs and other assessments (VB-MAPP, AFLS, PEAK, ABLLS‑R, etc.)
- Design and oversee individualized treatment plans (behavior reduction + skill acquisition)
- Provide training, supervision, and performance feedback to behavior technicians
- Collect and analyze data to make data‑driven treatment decisions and update plans
- Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams; provide parent/caregiver coaching
- Ensure treatment fidelity and adherence to BACB ethical standards
- Must hold a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Boardandlicensed inthestateofMaryland
- Master'sdegreeinbehavioranalysis,psychology,special education,orarelatedfield.
- Strongknowledgeofbehavioranalyticprinciples,methodologies,and interventions.
- Experience conducting comprehensive functional behavior assessments and developingbehaviorinterventionplans andskill acquisitiongoals.
- Ability to administer and interpret a variety of skills-based assessments such as VBMAPP, PEAK,AFLS,ABLLS-R.
- Abilityto provideeffectivesupervision,training,andsupportto staff members.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with clients, families, and professionals.
- Familiaritywithrelevantlaws, regulations,andethicalguidelines inthefieldof
ABA.
- Mustsubmittoafederalandstatebackgroundcheck.
- Abilityto sitonthe floor,kneel, crawl,squat,run,or standforextendedperiodsof time.
- Abilityto push, pull,lift,move, andcarryupto
35lbs. - Reliablemodeoftransportationandability totravelupto
45minutes. - Currentfirstaidand
CPR certificationsandwillingnessto complete background checks.
