Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time role in our skilled nursing facility. Join a supportive rehab team focused on helping residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and independence.
What You'll Do- Carry out treatment plans developed by the supervising PT
- Assist residents with gait training, transfers, exercises, and mobility activities
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the therapy team
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborative rehab environment with PT, OT, SLP, and nursing staff
- Consistent caseload and supportive leadership
- Opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents
