Description
American Technology Solutions International Corp. (ATSI) is growing and we’re looking to connect with talented professionals in the Patuxent River, MD area, particularly those supporting or previously supporting NAVAIR programs. We’re actively seeking resumes for future opportunities and want to hear from you if you have a background in:
Project Management -- Experience in NAVAIR acquisition and life cycle management
- Experience managing Electronic Warfare (EW) programs
- Skilled in program analysis, earned value management, schedules, and strategic communications
- Strong background in technical writing, business case analysis, and briefing development
- Able to track and report on complex defense programs, work across IPTs, and deliver strategic messaging
- Proficient in data collection, program tracking, budget/schedule evaluation, and project coordination

Risk Analysis -- Experience in risk analysis within government programs
- Hands-on experience with EMD phase risk management in a NAVAIR environment
- Skilled in ISEE/RIO, Risk Management Plans, and teaching risk management principles to Navy and contractor teams

Technical Writing –- Technical program support experience, including experience in Electronic Warfare
- Demonstrated experience producing clear, concise, technical documentation for NAVAIR programs
- Familiar with requirements documentation, SOWs, RMF mitigation plans, ECPs, and more
- Expertise in applying government style guides and quality standards
