The Master Scheduler, Sr provides expert scheduling services for the Program Manager of Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PM PNT), developing, maintaining, and analyzing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for program products.

• Utilize Microsoft Project synchronized with Project Web Application (PWA), adhere to PM PNT policy, and comply with DCMA 14-point Schedule Assessment #5.
• Actively participate in program meetings, gather schedule inputs from product offices and functional leads, and present schedule products to stakeholders.
• Independently lead the development and maintenance of complex IMS schedules for PM PNT programs.
• Provide expert analysis of the critical path, identify schedule risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Ensure schedule data accuracy and consistency, and present schedule information to PM PNT leadership and higher headquarters to support key decision‑making processes, including Acquisition Strategies and Program Baseline development.

• Bachelor’s Degree with seven (7) years of related experience.
• Or four (4) years of related experience may be substituted for the degree with seven (7) years of related experience.
• Proficient in scheduling methodologies applicable to government acquisition programs, with experience in either traditional or agile development/acquisition approaches.
• Secret Clearance.
