• Serve as a computer systems analyst, establishing automated systems and conducting feasibility studies from design to post-implementation evaluation.
• Design criteria to accommodate legislative, mission, or functional changes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Information Systems, or related field;
  Master’s preferred.
• Five years of IT systems analysis experience.
• Three years of designing business applications on IT systems.
• Broad knowledge of data sources, system interactions, and advanced systems design techniques.
