Requirements:

• 5 or more years of experience managing IT infrastructure and enterprise systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including administration and security integration.
• Experience with Windows Server environments and enterprise-level deployments.
• Experience in Azure suite, including identity and access management.
• Experience with Active Directory, including user/group policy and sync across instances.
• Experience with networking fundamentals and enterprise LAN/WAN troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional coordination and team leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage enterprise IT infrastructure to ensure optimal uptime and reliability.
• Oversee integration and administration of Microsoft 365 across business units.
• Drive implementation and security of cloud-based technologies and services.
• Manage IT field engineers and infrastructure support teams across locations.
• Coordinate infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle management.
• Implement cybersecurity measures aligned with recognized security frameworks.
• Communicate effectively across departments to align IT with business needs.
