PNT - Configuration Management Analyst

Credence has an immediate need for a Configuration Management to support the Army Positioning, Navigation and Timing (PM PNT) System Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) Program. The PM PNT program provides administrative, business management, programmatic contracting, information technology (IT), program management, engineering, logistics, test and evaluation (T&E), training, operations, security, technology protection, foreign military sales, and acquisition and strategic planning services to the Army director PNT systems.

The SETA services provided to PM PNT shall support the planning, development, management, sustainment, and execution of the U.S. Army's PNT portfolio. PM PNT provides coordinated PNT system of systems architecture and associated PNT products for the Army's mounted and dismounted platforms. PM PNT is the Army's lifecycle manager for the Mounted Assured PNT System (MAPS), Dismounted Assured PNT System (DAPS), Assured Protection and ALTNAV Technology Development;

and the Resiliency and Software Assurance Measures (RSAM), as well as any future PNT efforts in both CONUS and outside CONUS.

• Configuration Control Boards (CCBs) Management:
  Manage, organize, conduct, and execute CCBs and associated working groups (CCBWG), including setting agendas, conducting meetings, and resolving actions.
• Review and Maintenance of Documentation:
  Review engineering and acquisition documentation, update and maintain document repositories, and ensure documentation for audits is maintained.
• Configuration Management Process Implementation:
  Provide CM services, develop CM plans, analyze CM processes, and monitor phases to implement and improve CM for PM PNT programs.
• ECP/RFV Process Management:
  Manage ECP/RFV processes and maintain repositories for these items.
• Audit Support:
  Support Functional and Physical Configuration Audits and maintain audit readiness through documentation controls.

• An active Secret level security clearance is required.
• A bachelor's degree in an applicable field with a minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience or a master's degree with five (5) years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of configuration management and CM principles (Mil Handbook 61B, GEIA 649-1 and 649C preferred).
• Experience providing support to Army electronic equipment programs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong technical writing expertise; and excellent interpersonal, time management and analytical skills.
• Well versed in all Microsoft Office products; capable of developing program documentation and briefings and coordinating the review/approval process.
• Experience with ACAT level programs is required.
• Leveraging AI to streamline and enhance the efficiency of the Configuration Management Analyst role.
