Purpose:
The Lockwood Group Launches Mission-Ready Capabilities Video
Overview
The Lockwood Group is currently pending award on a contract providing tactical network support to the Project Manager Network Modernization program (PdM Net Mod). We are seeking a Technical Writer to develop and maintain documentation, including user manuals, technical guides, and policy documents, to support the PdM Net Mod program. This role ensures clarity and accuracy in technical communications.
Responsibilities
- Develop technical manuals, reports, and system documentation.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise materials.
- Ensure compliance with DoD documentation and security policies.
- Collaborate with engineers and analysts to gather accurate technical information.
- Manage document version control and updates.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing, or related field.
- Experience in technical documentation, preferably within DoD or IT environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe, and documentation management tools.
- Active DoD Secret or higher clearance required.
- 90k to 120k
