Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Data Science, with 2+ years in a people or technical leadership role
- Strong experience applying AI/ML in healthcare
, life sciences, or regulated environments - Hands‑on expertise in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Proven experience with healthcare datasets (EHR, claims, imaging, clinical, or real‑world data)
- Solid understanding of statistics, predictive modeling, NLP, and deep learning
- Experience deploying models in production environments (cloud‑based preferred)
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align AI strategy with organizational goals
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or clinical NLP use cases
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring tools
- Prior experience working with cross‑functional healthcare stakeholders
