Our client, a nationally renowned plaintiff's litigation law firm seeks an associate attorney to join their Sex Abuse Litigation department. This position requires a lot of legal writing (briefs, motions, possible appeals) and requires candidates with very strong legal writing skills and backgrounds.
Candidates with appellate writing experience strongly encouraged to apply. Candidates with legal and judicial clerkships as well as those who were on Law Review in law school are especially encouraged to apply.
Excellent opportunity to work on interesting, newsworthy and timely litigation matters. Candidates with prior sex abuse, plaintiff's personal injury or mass tort litigation experience preferred.
