Operate asphalt transfer machines to move and distribute hot mix asphalt from trucks to pavers efficiently and safely;
Monitor and control material flow to ensure consistent supply to the paving operation;
Adjust machine settings and conveyor speed to maintain proper asphalt placement;
Coordinate with truck drivers, paver operators, and crew members to maintain smooth workflow;
Perform daily inspections, routine maintenance, and minor troubleshooting on transfer equipment
