Are you a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who is seeking flexibility in your work schedule while providing high quality in-home health care to children with various medical needs and still receive great pay and benefits? We are looking for LPNs & Nursing Graduates (LPN/RN) to provide nursing services in various locations in Prince George's & Charles County Maryland for day, evening and/or night shifts (Part- time and Full time hours).

Essential Job Functions
  • Responsible for safe and effective delivery of quality patient home care to include taking and interpreting vital signs, administering medications, providing personal hygiene care, etc.
  • Communicate with RN Supervisor to assess, plan, provide, and evaluate patient care in a manner that maximizes safe and effective delivery of home nursing services.
  • Implement care to prevent or reduce risk and to achieve expected outcomes.
  • Report and document nursing care given and patient response, recognizing any alterations in patient needs and intervening accordingly.
  • Serve as a patient and family advocate, demonstrating respect for the privacy and rights of the patient and family in the implementation of the care plan.
  • Prepare and utilize equipment and materials efficiently and cost effectively.
  • Demonstrates personal and professional accountability.

Position Requirements
  • Must have 1 year of pediatric nursing experience within the last 3 years PREFERRED. Nursing Graduates are welcome! (Training available)
  • Pass the agency's medication exam with a score of 80% or higher
  • Current, unrestricted nursing license in the jurisdiction in which you are working
  • Background check (with no criminal history)
  • Any additional documents will be requested per the application process.
