• Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts
• Ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with facility policies
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and clinical oversight
• Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns as needed
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote positive resident outcomes

• Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a Long‑Term Care or Skilled Nursing setting preferred
• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
