Job Description:
Join a seasoned team as a House Supervisor Registered Nurse at a facility in Clinton, Maryland. This 13-week travel contract offers a chance to lead overnight shifts in a setting that values skilled oversight and coordination. You’ll work a combination of 12, 8, and 10-hour night shifts to total 40 hours weekly, overseeing staff and ensuring smooth operations. Cerner experience and charge nurse background are necessary, with at least five years of nursing experience and prior travel assignments.
This role comes without on-call duties or float responsibilities, but occasional holiday and weekend coverage may be required. Certifications such as ACLS, BLS, and a Bachelor’s Degree are mandatory, with NIHSS preferred. Pending license acceptance is permitted. Expect guaranteed 36 hours weekly in a supportive environment that emphasizes leadership and organization while maintaining a professional yet approachable atmosphere.
