Landscape Laborer

Seeking individuals with knowledge and/or experience in the landscaping and lawn care industry or a strong desire to work outdoors and learn all about what this field has to offer. Must be honest, reliable, and motivated. You must have an eye for detail and be a team player! If you have no training at all but are very interested in working outdoors and joining our team then we urge you to apply anyways and we will train you.

• You must have a valid MD driver’s license and a good driving record (No D.U.I).
• You MUST have a lot of experience to get hired. You will have to demonstrate your ability before we hire you.
• We work Monday – Thursday. If it rains during the week you must be able to work on Friday and/or Saturday.
• We work in extreme weather conditions many days of the year.

• We always pay on time and accurately.
• We want you to make a lot of money. The harder you work the more you make. Work quality and efficiency incentives available.
• Our management team is friendly. We don’t yell, cuss or abuse our team. We care about you and your family. We want you to be successful.
• Some of our team members have been with us for a very long time.
• Equipment is replaced and updated frequently.
• We take Fridays off! Monday-Thursday 10hr day’s in-season schedules.
• No one will steal your equipment in the morning if theirs isn’t working.
• You don’t have to maintain your own equipment or sharpen your own blades.
• We will train you. We want you to be successful and make more money. It’s not a dead-end job!
