McDonald's -  - Responsibilities:
Lead shifts every week to ensure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience;
Manage assigned systems like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results;
Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience and that promotions are done well;
Ensure restaurant delivers great quality food, is fast, and that food is safe; control food costs and train kitchen staff;
Hire, train, and schedule crew to meet restaurant sales and profit goals; recognize and motivate staff
