Game Stop - 8871 Branch Avenue - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, recommending items, and processing transactions;
Support the store environment, including visual and operational aspects, and contribute to sales initiatives during the holiday season;
Collaborate with the store team to keep areas like restrooms clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines;
Assist in stocking/restocking merchandise and transferring products from stock to the selling floor, ensuring products are presented well;
Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder as needed
