- Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy and encouragement, delivering results related to individual and branch goals
- Develop new connections and maintain engagement by presenting tailored solutions based on customer needs throughout the loan process and life cycle
- Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Engage with customers and other departments through multiple technological channels, including phone, email, chat and in‑house systems
- Exhibit passion for achievement, bringing an internal drive to succeed and a goal‑oriented attitude
- Clearly educate and inform customers on optional insurance products, ensuring customers understand the loans, terms and their options
- High School Diploma or GED
- Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience
- Bilingual – Spanish

ScheduleThe schedule for this position is Monday‑Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed which may include Saturday.
CompensationTarget base salary range is $18.00‑$22.00, based on various factors including skills and work experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive additional compensation program based on individual and company performance.
