General Laborer Digging Support

CNC Civil Services is hiring a reliable, hard‑working General Laborer to join our field crew. This job involves survey support, hand digging, and utility exposure work across various civil sites. You’ll work 4 days a week, 10 hours a day, with the flexibility for out‑of‑town travel required. • Assist surveyors in marking and measuring sites
• Handdig trenches to locate and expose underground utilities
• Operate and move tools, equipment, and materials
• Help load/unload trucks and organize job sites
• Clean up work areas and follow all safety procedures
• Travel out of town frequently (overnight stays required)
• Work outdoors in various weather and terrain
• Work schedule:
  
  Monday–Thursday, 10‑hour shifts (subject to job needs)

• Experience in construction, digging, or survey support a plus (not required)
• Comfortable with physical labor, lifting 50+ lbs, and long days on your feet
• Shows up on time, works hard, and takes direction
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Positive attitude and team mentality
• OSHA 10 card is a plus (or willing to obtain)
• DOT card is a plus (or willing to obtain)
• Must be willing to travel and stay out of town during the workweek
• Must be available for a 4‑day/10‑hour shift schedule
• Must be able to pass background screening upon employment
