Monday-Friday from 7:30a - 4:00p - Company-Provided Uniforms
- Competitive Hourly Pay
- Take-home Company Service Vehicle — must have a clean driving record and be able to pass and maintain a valid DOT physical.
- Vendor-Exclusive Training
- Ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols such as lockout/tagout, fire watch, and fall protection measures.
- Expertly repairing and replacing essential components like motors, pumps, cylinders, and valves to maintain operational efficiency.
- Diligently following equipment requirements and maintenance schedules to uphold performance standards.
- Skillfully utilizing torches and cutting tools to remove old chutes, guide rails, and other elements as needed.
- Installing and configuring trash compactors, fabricating chutes, and setting up cardboard balers as required to meet operational demands.
- Willingness to tackle additional tasks as assigned to support team objectives.
- Competitive pay based on experience and skill level, ranging from $27—$38 per hour
- Skill level is assessed by the hiring manager during the in-person interview.

- Strong understanding of industrial safety standards (lockout/tagout, fall protection, fire watch).
- Experience with hydraulic systems, including pumps, cylinders, and valves.
- Working knowledge of industrial electrical systems, including high-voltage components.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, including experience with motors, mechanical components, hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.
- Proficiency with torches, cutting tools, and stick welding for chute installation, repair, and light fabrication work.
- Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining compactors, balers, chutes, and other industrial equipment.
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record for operating company vehicles.
- Adaptable and willing to take on additional tasks to support shop and field operations.
- Ability to work comfortably in tight spaces as needed.
- Adaptability to varied environmental conditions, indoors and outdoors.
- Ability to kneel, bend, squat, push, pull, and reach effectively.
- Capability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
- Independence in entering and exiting various vehicles as required.
- Willingness to pass a DOT physical exam for safety compliance.
