HVAC Service Technician (New Construction / Residential)
Location: Prince William and Stafford Counties, VA
Job Type: Full-time
We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. This position focuses on new construction startups, system commissioning, and residential service work
.
If you take pride in clean installs, proper startups, and diagnosing systems the right way — this is a solid long-term opportunity.
Responsibilities- Startup and commission HVAC systems in new construction homes
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Ensure all systems are operating to manufacturer specifications
- Work with builders and project managers to meet deadlines
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Complete service reports and documentation
- 2+ years HVAC experience (new construction or service preferred)
- EPA Certification (required)
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with heat pumps, gas furnaces, and mini-splits
- Startup/commissioning experience in new builds
