Job Description
Clinton Elementary School is seeking a dynamic Kindergarten Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will connect well with young students, have strong collaboration skills, enthusiasm for teaching and learning, and a willingness to reflect and learn. Responsibilities- Plan and implement instruction to ensure that all students are able to access instruction while planning for variability.
- Use data to inform instruction, track student progress, and track progress of self through self-evaluation and goal setting.
- Deliver engaging, targeted instruction that meets MA Standards for level and subject taught.
- Differentiate services and instruction to meet a variety of student learning needs and strengths.
- Maintain active communication with students’ families in support of their learning and to communicate with families consistently and regularly throughout the school year about their children’s academic and social progress.
- Assess student performance using formal and informal assessments.
- Maintain and organize accurate records and confidential information.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the principal.
- Licensed by the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and collaborative teamwork skills.
- SEI Endorsement.
- Bachelor degree preferred.
- Citizenship, residency or work visa required.

School Principal or Designee. - Position Type:
Full-time. - Salary based on CTA contract: min $57,663 - max $109,367.
