Holidays – Every Other Holiday, Monday through Friday;
Weekends – Every Other Weekend.

Recruitment Team will confirm eligibility during interview.
- Provide individual & group therapy to patients with varied mental health and co‑occurring disorders.
- Complete initial assessments, counseling, group therapy, case presentations, treatment planning, and after‑care planning.
- Identify the need for medication evaluations and make referrals to on‑site providers.
- Complete all documentation and paperwork in compliance with hospital requirements, Department of Mental Health (DMH), Bureau of Substance Addiction Services (BSAS), The Joint Commission, and insurance providers.
- Manage caseload, including consultations, collateral contact, and follow up on missed appointments.
- Work towards or maintain the highest level of professional licensure and credentialing required for the role.
- Comply with established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives.
- Attend a variety of meetings, conferences, and seminars as required or directed.
- Demonstrate use of Quality Improvement in daily operations.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations and requirements.
- Respect diverse views, demonstrate Standards of Respect, and contribute to a professional, tolerant, and inclusive environment for employees, patients, and visitors.
- Maintain regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
- Perform other related duties as required or directed.
License/Certification/Education
Required:
- Graduation and training from an accredited graduate (Master’s) program such as Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, etc.
- License (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) eligibility.
Preferred:
- Internship and/or work experience within behavioral health, including addiction services.
- Strong diagnostic skills and abilities.
Experience/Skills
Required:
- Strong and effective communication, organization, and time‑management skills.
- Ability to work as part of a robust multidisciplinary clinical team.

Unless certification, licensure, or registration is required, an equivalent combination of education and experience that provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility described above may be substituted for the listed requirements.
