Provide continuous safety observation of inpatients and ensure patient safety at all times;
Monitor patients for suicidal or violent behavior and maintain proximity to patient;
Assist with activities of daily living as directed by nursing staff;

Follow directions of the nurse in charge and participate in ancillary activities as needed
